BC Richard Thomas Ltd. (head office: 15 Budaörsi út, Budapest, 1118; tax number: 14061297-3-41, registry court: the Capital City Court of Budapest; company reg. no.: 01-09-887072) (hereinafter: the Service Provider) provides its services according to the General Terms and Conditions for Advertising detailed in the following.
These General Terms and Conditions of Contract are valid for all Service Contracts unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
By using the services offered at www.irodainfo.com users agree to have accepted the terms and conditions of use specified below. This site can be used exclusively according to the following terms and conditions. Any modifications or changes of these conditions will be published and the users notified of them by the Service Provider.
Subject matter and contents of the service
The Service Provider provides surfaces for its Clients to advertise their office buildings or place other kinds of advertisements, such as banners, on a regular basis through the web database www.irodainfo.com run by the Service Provider.
The contracting parties conclude a Service Contract in writing in which they define its term and termination, the publishing of the ads, the payment of the publication fee, the conditions of any specific discounts given by the Service Provider as well as any other issues considered to be important by any of the parties.
The fees of advertisements
The Service Provider publishes the advertisements ordered by the Client on payment of the current Publication Fee.
The Service Provider issues an invoice for the Client based on the services as well as the method of payment specified in the Service Contract, which the Client is obliged to settle by the term of payment indicated in the invoice.
In case of late payment the Client is charged an interest for default for the period of the delay equalling the double of the current base rate of the central bank.
After 10 days of delay the Service Provider is entitled to suspend the advertisements of the Client without any prior notifications and the Client cannot have any claims for reimbursement for the period of suspension.
Other provisions
Concerning the termination of the written Service Contract concluded between the contracting parties the stipulations of the Contract itself are decisive.
Any issues not dealt with here are governed by the relevant regulations of the Book of Civil Law (PTK) and other existing provisions of law.
